The British Army has had three generations of radio communications equipment since the start of WWII, and is now just getting equipped with the fourth one ("Bowman"). At the moment we have little information on equipment used before WWII (and there is very little about anyway) and we are unable to provide information on Clansman equipment, since it is still "restricted" under the Official Secrets Act.
